TL;DR: A medium bodied white wine with nice texture and ample acid to create balance inspired by a Rhone style blend

All of the grapes for this wine were grown at the breathtaking Demetria Estate, which has been farmed following the Biodynamic principles for the last 15 years. Various slopes and aspects make this a varied vineyard and the shaly loam soils make foster wines with great complexity. Equal parts rousanne, marsanne and grenache blanc fermented and aged in neutral french oak for ten months. This vintage should age nicely and round out a bit over next 2-4 years.
