TL;DR: Green banana aromatics with a tropical fruit twist on the palate, goes well with spicy Thai food.  

The grapes for this wine came from White Barn Vineyard as well.  Once at the winery instead of being directly pressed these grapes were fully destemmed and then fermented for a full two weeks on the skins before being pressed to neutral french oak for aging.  The wine was bottled unfiltered after ten months in barrel.
